It is made with water from Mt. Adatara, which the poet Kotaro Takamura loved so much, and buckwheat noodles grown by "Wakamiya Bakusaku" in Aizu Sakashita, which is passionate about agriculture. Each clear drop is imbued with the beautiful nature of Fukushima and the spirit of hospitality. This product was created through an industry-academia-government collaboration with Fukushima University.
