Genryu is made by distilling Japanese sake which has been pressed and separated from sake lees – a luxurious shochu that only sake breweries can make. This shochu has a rich aroma and mellow flavor that goes down smoothly. We recommend you enjoy Genryu straight or on the rocks, but it also tastes great with cold, hot, or sparkling water.
