PR Point

This shochu is made by adding water to freshly-squeezed sake lees and distilling refermented mash. Its features are a mellow aroma reminiscent of junmai (pure rice) sake and a gentle mouthfeel. It is more delicious when enjoyed on the rocks or mixing with soda.
