With fresh sake lees just extracted from ginjo sake as an ingredient, we have reproduced ginjo flavor in distilled liquor. It is a modern version of sake lees shochu, which has inherited the culture of kasutori shochu (shochu distilled from sake lees), a local tradition, by changing the manufacturing method. It features a clear taste with fruity and refreshing ginjo aroma. Recommended to drink on the rocks or mixing with cold water.
