Using koji mold [white koji] most suited for shochu making, we have enhanced the aroma and adjusted the taste by blending multiple undiluted shochu with our own technique. Furthermore, by storing with a shitsugi method, which even out the taste and the level of maturity, it is made into solid-quality shochu that maintains deliciousness.
