PR Point

With Nijo barley from Fukuoka Prefecture as a raw material, the whole amount is prepared only with barley koji. Then the drips collected by atmospheric distillation that maximizes the flavor of barley are carefully matured in dedicated earthenware jars for more than five years. It is barley shochu prepared whole with koji only, which appeal is a deep and rich aroma as well as thick and rich body. Recommended to drink on the rocks or mixing with hot or soda water.
