It is a mugi (barley) shochu that was made with all the commitment in each process - prepared using rice koji which is rare for a barley shochu from Oita prefecture, and made using the method, mind and technique cultivated from making of the great sake “Nishi-no-Seki”. The gorgeous fragrance and the pleasant flavor of barley play an exquisite harmony in a soft, smooth and melting feeling.
