Himukano KUROUMA is a rich and mellow gem. This barley shochu, perfect for cask aging, is matured for a long time; during which it takes in the crisp air of Takachiho ever so slowly. By filtering the shochu at 20℃ below freezing, we are able to limit the ingredients that cause bitterness. Thus, Himukano KUROUMA is left with a sharp, clear flavor and fragrant aroma.
