From the mash which is carefully fermented with Nijo barley from Fukuoka Prefecture as a raw material, parts called shoryu (foreshots) are obtained at the beginning of distillation. Utilizing their taste, undiluted shochu is extracted and moderately matured. Please enjoy the flavorful and light taste with a crisp aftertaste which barley originally has. Recommended to drink on the rocks or mixing with hot or cold water.
