It is a non-filtered sweet rice shochu made in Oita prefecture. You can enjoy the subtle pleasant flavor and the soft and sweet aftertaste in a calm fragrance reminiscent of sake. Kayashima Shurui, which is particular about preparing all products including barley shochu with “rice koji” made this excellent shochu on the land of Taketa, Oita Prefecture, combining the benefits of nature and passion.
