We carefully roasted our specially selected purple sweet potatoes over charcoal. Combining the intense aroma and sweetness of the roasted sweet potatoes with high-quality natural water and meticulously crafted koji, we create a vibrant purple mash. Unlike typical imo shochu made from steamed sweet potatoes, using charcoal-roasted sweet potatoes enhances both the sweetness and aroma. It's an aged charcoal-roasted sweet potato shochu that invites you to experience a unique drinking sensation.
