Tsuma is made from koji using rice from the Miyazaki prefecture. Its flavor and aroma are wide, solid, and deep. You can taste its sweetness on the rocks, but if you drink it with hot water, the warmth and sweetness will relax you to your core and make you forget how tired you are.
