Let's make a sweetpotato shochu from Tohoku! We want to make a light and elegant potato shochu that uses local ingredients and goes well with food. To realize this desire, we asked them to plant "Kogane Sengan," a sweet potato for shochu, using the techniques cultivated with mineral vegetables in Nishiaizu. The authentic syochu liqueur completed using the subterranean water from Mt. Adatara and rice malt for sake is an elegant sweet potato shochu recommended to be served on the rocks.
