It is a honkaku imo (sweet potato) shochu that is made from sweet potato (Kogane Sengan) grown in a contract farm in Assabu-cho, Hokkaido. It has a soft aroma from the sweet potato and the refreshing flavor unique to the shochu of Hokkaido.
