A barley shochu from Oita prefecture which brings out the taste of barley by filtering undiluted spirit distilled under traditional atmospheric pressure at freezing temperature. Fushigiya won the highest three-star superior taste award at ITI (International Taste Institute) for ten consecutive years, a never before made achievement for a distilled liquor.
