HAKATA NO HANA Hatsudare is a shochu collected from the first cut of shochu during the distillation process. By not using the middle and latter cuts, this shochu is left with a gorgeous fragrance, and a light, round taste without an odd flavor. HAKATA NO HANA Hatsudare has a high alcohol content, making it also suitable for cocktails such as a high-ball.
