Uses Toyonohoshi (barley exclusive for shochu) from Oita Prefecture. It is a mugi shochu with a gorgeous aroma and juicy flavor that is made using koji and yeast for Ginjo (premium) sake by low-temperature fermentation. BREEZE expresses a light feeling and refreshing taste of this shochu. Received gold medal at the “Los Angeles International Wine and spirits Competition" in 2018.
