It has a pleasant taste of barley, and if you drink slowly, on the rocks, with a shochu glass, you can spend an irresistibly elegant moment. In addition, by mixing with soda water, its aroma is enhanced, making it easier to feel the flavor of shochu. If desired, add a touch of lemon etc.; the flavor changes, and you can enjoy the shochu in a different way.
