Products made with brown sugar (kokuto) are very popular on Amami island, where the Nishihira Honke Distillery (Group of Hamada Distillery) located, especially the kokuto Shochu that is produced with it. Immediately after pouring into the glass, the gorgeous aroma of brown sugar Shochu and oak cask barrel. It is characterized by sweetness that slips gently as if coating the entire tongue even in deep taste. Limited labels and new release products.
