PR Point

Ginryu is a most luxurious shochu made by distilling Japanese sake which has been pressed and separated from sake lees. We use junmai-shu quality sake or above only which is distilled under reduced pressure. This shochu has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and a refreshing, tasteful flavor. We recommend you enjoy Ginryu straight or on the rocks, but it also tastes great with cold or sparkling water.
