Honkaku sake lees shochu of “Kunimare Sake Brewery” the northernmost sake brewery in Japan. It is a shochu that has a refreshing taste using, as a main ingredient, sake lees from “Kunimare” brewed with pure and soft snowmelt subsoil water from Shokanbetsu Dake that is one of 200 famous Japanese mountains, and is the main peak of the extremely cold Mashike mountains in Hokkaido.
