Chizuru is our representative brand. The important starter culture-making is conducted in Japanese earthenware jars which have been used since the foundation year of 1872. For the ingredient, only carefully-selected Kogane-Sengan sweet potatoes produced in Kagoshima Prefecture are used. While exuding an elegant aroma, its features are represented by deep body and smooth sweetness.
