It is authentic shochu prepared with Kojuku Imo (aromatic sweet potato) created with our own technique. A gorgeous scent like lychee amazingly spreads out. It features a sweet and mellow taste as well as a crisp aftertaste. The shochu is designed so that people can enjoy drinking for a long time as shochu drunk during the meal while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. Especially, if you mix with strong soda water, you can enjoy a more gorgeous scent.
