The aroma and taste revive after accumulation of many years. Honkaku shochu Kingesa is traditional sweet potato shochu carefully prepared in an old-fashioned earthenware jars and distilled through Kidaru Suzu-Jakan (a corrugated tin tube covered by a wooden barrel) that reproduces the old taste. Please enjoy the robust depth acquired by manufacturing using the traditional method and the original flavor and aroma of sweet potato shochu, leisurely, to your heart's content.
