Satsuma Shiranami Kuradashi Genshu is produced by bottling shochu, as is, carefully selected from the large number of raw shochu stored in the warehouse. You can enjoy its richness and flavor unique to raw shochu, to which no water is added. It is sweet potato shochu for orthodox drinkers made with choicest fresh sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture. Although its alcohol content is 37%, it is surprisingly mellow and has natural sweetness. You can enjoy it by mixing with hot water as well as drinking straight or on the rocks.
