Using carefully selected golden thousand kan of sweet potatoes, we brewed it with exceptionally flavorful black koji. The distinctive expression and robust flavor of black koji make it perfect for enjoying on the rocks or with hot water. Through aging, it has developed a rich taste with a velvety sweetness and a hint of lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
