This shochu is made from carefully fermented mash using two-rowed barley grown in Fukuoka Prefecture. Using the good flavor of the hanatare (first drop) portion extracted at the beginning of distillation, the undiluted shochu is collected and properly aged to perfection.
The light and refreshing taste brought out from barley’s flavorful taste and a crisp aftertaste has been highly praised. [Recommended ways to enjoy: on the rocks; mixing with hot water, cold water, or soda]
