This luxurious authentic barley shochu is made using two-rowed barley from Fukuoka Prefecture. To maximize the barley's flavor and aroma, the entire batch is prepared using barley koji (mold), distilled under normal pressure, and then aged slowly in special earthenware jars for over 5 years.
It is characterized by its mellow and deep aroma, as well as its rich and full-bodied flavor. [Recommended ways to enjoy: on the rocks; mixing with hot water or soda]
