In accordance with the tradition of Iki (Nagasaki Prefecture) being the birthplace of barley shochu, Ikikko is prepared with barley and rice koji in the proportion of two to one. The shochu is vacuum-distilled, matured for more than one year in a tank, and filtered through quality bamboo charcoal. It allows you to enjoy the umami of rice koji and the flavor of barley.
