PR Point

Kuro Kirishima is sweet potato honkaku (authentic) shochu made using sweet potatoes grown in the Shirasu Plateau of Kyushu and black koji made from “Kirishima Rekka-sui,” the clear groundwater from the Miyakonojo Basin at the base of the Kirishima mountain range. This shochu embodies the attributes of the first shochu released from the storehouse, which was produced by Kirishima Shuzo founder Kichisuke Enatsu using black koji. Kuro Kirishima has a characteristic of thick sweetness with a crisp aftertaste.
