This is a kasu-tori shochu carefully distilled using the traditional “seiro distillation” method from our own sake kasu (ginjo lees).
Distilled only once to extract a minimal amount of alcohol, this shochu retains a flavor profile remarkably close to sake, making it exceptionally smooth and easy to drink.
