This authentic shochu is made from sake lees produced from crafting our own Yuki no Mayu sake. The lees have the umami and sweetness of rice and fresh ginjo (premium sake) aroma, and by quickly distilling these fresh sake lees, characteristics of elegantly spread clean ginjo aroma, the sweetness and umami of rice, and a soft mouthfeel are provided. We recommend enjoying it by mixing with hot water in winter, and by mixing with cold water or on the rocks in summer.
