PR Point

This sweet potato-based shochu (Imo Shochu) is made with the cooperation of a company called SOKAN Corporation which produces dried sweet potatoes using Beniharuka sweet potatoes produced in Tochigi Prefecture. When producing dried sweet potatoes, only the innermost part of the sweet potato is used while the rest of it is disposed of. To combat the issue of food waste and uphold the SDGs mission, our brewery wanted to create a new type of Imo Shochu and worked to develop this product that is different from the conventional one.
Its fruity aroma and sweetness like that of dried sweet potatoes make it easy to drink even for shochu beginners.
We recommend drinking it by mixing with soda, on the rocks, or straight.
We hope you will enjoy this new type of shochu.
