This kokuto (brown sugar) shochu is made using vacuum distillation to preserve the flavor and richness of Sato no Akebono shochu, which has been aged for over three years, while creating a refreshing, pure taste. Despite its subtle sweet aroma of brown sugar, it contains absolutely zero sugar. The label features a depiction of the Amami region and incorporates a masterpiece by the solitary artist Isson Tanaka, who spent his life in the Amami-Oshima Island, resulting in a product with a striking impact.
