Sesshu has a refreshing scent and a subtle sweetness. We use barley and rice from our home region of Iki, distilled under reduced pressure using white koji, and blended with shochu which is finished by normal pressure distillation. “Sesshu” is another name for Iki Island. We recommend you enjoy this shochu with sparkling water.
