This kasutori shochu is made by distilling high-quality sake lees at normal pressure, and it has a ginjo (premium) sake-like aroma derived from the lees, as well as a mellow taste due to long-term aging.
The slightly sweet flavor is best enjoyed on the rocks or chilled and drunk straight.
