Our luxurious ginjo barley shochu is made based on umami’s cores, by carefully polishing selected high-quality domestic barley down to 50%. Unprecedented pure crispness, ginjo (premium sake) aroma, and refreshing smoothness can be enjoyed, since the shochu has been painstakingly created by polishing every grain of Japanese-grown barley to remove the bitterness. The shochu is filled into pots suited for maturation.
