Unprecedented pure crispness, ginjo (premium sake) aroma, and refreshing smoothness can be enjoyed, since the shochu has been painstakingly created by polishing every grain of Japanese-grown barley to remove the bitterness. The shochu is filled into pots suited for maturation.
