Prepared using rice koji which is rare for a barley shochu from Oita prefecture. After the brewing in which we made the most of the sake making method, mind and skills, it was finished by atmospheric distillation. Furthermore, the whole amount was stored and matured for more than 10 years. It is an excellent shochu which has a surprising softness in the pleasant freshness of barley.
