This luxurious authentic buckwheat shochu is made with Dewa Kaori buckwheat noodles grown in-house by all employees. The rice malt is made from rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture. It has a rich aroma of buckwheat and a soft, mellow taste. It has a delicate aftertaste reminiscent of the pretty white flowers of soba.
