Imo shochu made from 100% sweet potatoes from Hachijojima.
Aged 3 years. One of its characteristics is the complex flavor, which is achieved by brewing various varieties of sweet potatoes at once.
Also, as the amount of sweet potatoes on Hachijojima is decreasing year by year, we also cultivate our own sweet potatoes.
We hope to continue making shochu that can only be made in this area.
We recommend mixing Edochu with hot water or soda.
