It is kasutori shochu (shochu distilled from sake lees) created using only the sake lees of our daiginjo. Made with traditional atmospheric distillation, with no change in atmospheric pressure, it is honkaku (authentic) shochu that takes advantage of the passion of the brewery, having flavorful and rich taste derived from raw materials. Furthermore, the determination to sell only after aging for five years is because the brewery wants customers to drink at the right time when the taste and aroma have increased their stability and become mellow.
