Mishima-Hadaka is a special shochu made by using Mishima-hadaka barley grown only in our home prefecture of Nagasaki. We make koji with rice from the Iki region, and distill it under normal pressure. This shochu features the fragrance and gentle sweetness of barley. Mishima-Hadaka highlights the characteristics of barley more than any other shochu produced by Omoya Distillery Co., Ltd. We recommend you enjoy it on the rocks, or with hot water.
