Ginza no Suzume is further refined to make Gaslight. Using 100% selected Nijo (two-rowed) barley and the underflow water from the Kuju Mountains, which is also the brewing water for sake, it undergoes aging through the shitsugi method (a method to even out the taste and the level of maturity) to become a smooth and elegant barley shochu with a 35% alcohol content. The stylish Venetian Blue bottle features an original design inspired by the image of Ginza's gas lamps. Recommended ways to enjoy are on the rocks or mixing with cold water, allowing you to savor the gradual unfolding of its flavor.
