CANBASY is a kome (rice) shochu resulting from “fragrant yeast preparation”* that combines the proven techniques of both shochu and sake making guided by tradition. It features a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of pineapple combined with a sharp flavor. CANBASY is named after the Japanese word kanbashii, which means “fragrant” or “likable”. *Fragrant yeast is a ginjo yeast used for sake brewing.
