This coffee-scented shochu is made from barley grown in Tochigi Prefecture and coffee beans carefully selected by a local coffee shop. Coffee beans are added to the unrefined barley shochu and distilled, giving it a clear yet aromatic aroma of coffee and the umami and sweetness of barley.
Enjoy it however you like, whether on the rocks, or by mixing with soda, hot water, or milk.
